The Searchlight Project

Project Searchlight is a project to catalogue my attempts at tracking down lost media, rare projects and lost treasures. Mostly focusing on lost games I will use this page to dump information regarding any lost media I'm trying to locate.

Any help tracking any of these down would be most appreciated. Let's make what is lost, found again.

I might just go full on Youtuber-essayist one day and make these articles into videos. But that's the future. For now I'm just going to keep these articles.

Bulletin Board (Season One)

• Alone: The Horror Begins (2023-08-01) - A lost J2ME horror game in which 'you' are the main character.
• King's Field Mobile, EX & Mobile 2 (2023-08-08) - Three lost games from the greatest Dungeon Crawling series of all time.
• BS Do-Re-Mi Oku no Original Sound Witch (2023-08-14) - Two games that may or may not even exist from one of the first game-streaming platforms.
• Devil Crisis (2023-08-21) - A lost boomer shooter released for South Korean flip phones. Now that's a combo of words you've never heard before!
• Crazy Castle (2023-08-28) - The lost finale of an infamous game series.
• The Irate Gamer Game (2023-09-04) - An infamous game from an equally infamous person. Though I believe he hasn't done anything wrong.
• Milon's I-Mode Games (2023-09-11) - Three lost mobile games from an extremely underrated series.
• War of Heaven (2023-09-20) - Two games that may never have even been released from one of the most infamous gaming companies ever.
• TwinBee Dungeon (2023-09-25) - A really neat spin-off of the Mystery Dungeon featuring someone who you'd never expect to have a dungeon crawling game.
• Death Mall 3000 (2023-10-03) - What possibly might be the first ever vaporwave game. And it's been found!
